We are seeking motivated and experienced home-based German Speaking Customer Service Consultants to provide professional and efficient service in a call service environment.


You’ll find Lufthansa InTouch is NOT your typical call centre. We are a leading customer service provider for Lufthansa German Airlines, one of Europe’s largest and most respected airlines and locally, we have a reputation as an employer of choice in the call centre industry.

Your Profile

  • Customer service experience within a call centre environment would be considered an asset.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and standard software.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year

Required language:

  • Fluency in German and English Mandatory
