  • Baggage claims
  • Loyalty programs (such as Miles & More)
  • Online and travel agent support

Your profile

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Successful completion of secondary education
  • Able to work in South Africa
  • Have atleast 1 year call center/ customer service experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Exceptional service and sales orientation
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Responsible work ethic
